This is the second time I have used Andrew Nagy. First time was in 2017 when my wife and I bought our first home together. We had such a great experience working with Andrew and his team, they really kept us informed and walked us through the entire ordeal. When it was time to sell that home and move to a larger home we contacted Andrew and again, he was there for us the whole way, I’ve never been the easiest person to deal with but Andrew was patient and understanding. As I sit in my new home on this first night, I’m absolutely positive Andrew was the right choice for me and my family. Thank you Andrew and please tell your team they are awesome.

Once again, Andrew helped us navigate a market with a lot of uncertainty. Andrew helped us maximize our sale price when we had difficulty comping against the housing inventory (young house vs new build pricing) and was able to get a deal negotiated through to sale within 2 weeks of listing. This is the 2nd time we have gotten a house sold in under a month with Andrew. Have and will continue to recommend Andrew to both seasoned and first time home buyers.

We asked Andrew to help us negotiate a new build, while also continuing to look for possible existing properties to purchase. He knows the area and the market and quickly gained an appreciation for our needs. We interviewed several realtors, and Andrew was the clear choice. He was confident and informative and showed he really wanted our business. As the construction project progressed, he was extremely helpful checking in on progress and sending us photos (we live far away, so his photos were really valuable).
